About the Role: Web Marketing Strategist
The Web Marketing Strategist at Stream Companies is a pivotal role for individuals with a proven track record in web merchandising and a strong understanding of various content management systems. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing and high-performing web pages, recognizing opportunities to enhance customer experience, optimize promotional collateral, and effectively deliver information on client websites.
This role demands a passion for user experience and visual perfection, along with the ability to market branding and promotions within website platform limitations. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess a can-do attitude, be a driven self-starter, and excel as a team player eager to learn and go above and beyond for clients.
Essential Responsibilities
- Post monthly automotive incentives to client sites.
- Build new landing pages for individual client promotions and content, utilizing basic SEO practices and the Auto Code Repository.
- Proactively analyze and identify opportunities to implement improvements and clean up visual aspects of clients' sites.
- Set internal meetings and send internal correspondence to advance website improvements aligned with internal website audits.
- Ensure requests and tasks are completed on time and meet client expectations, providing necessary follow-ups.
- Implement all major creative collateral on-site, including slides, logos, page graphics, leaderboards, banners, and USP packages, ensuring front-end visual integrity.
- Conduct website marketing audits for Key & Enterprise level accounts.
- Provide recommendations for client site improvements based on monthly health scores.
- Assist Senior Web Marketing Strategists as needed.
- Work effectively under deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Collaborate with third-party support for changes not resolved internally.
- Adhere to Stream’s and Web Merch’s processes and procedures.
- Ensure a 1-hour response time and 24-hour resolution per Stream’s policy.
- Meet billable time tracking targets.
- Maintain Workfront projects/tasks/issues with up-to-date progress.
- Assist with scheduling organic social content in Agorapulse as needed.
- Volunteer for weekend coverage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or certificate in web development/design, graphic design, marketing, communication, or a similar field preferred.
- 2+ years of previous experience.
- Prior experience with automotive website platforms is a plus.
Skills & Experience
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Dreamweaver).
- Solid understanding of HTML/CSS best practices and page creation.
- Proficient understanding of how to use and navigate various platform content management systems for front-end website updates.
- Proficient in working with various external support teams for website solutions.
- Show proficient communication skills.
