What You’ll Do
- Connect with clients who are actively seeking growth in both their career and personal lives.
- Provide 1:1 coaching tailored to client needs in virtual video sessions as well as between sessions.
- Utilize our platform and coaching tools to deliver impactful coaching.
What We’re Looking For
- Certified coach from an ICF-accredited program.
- Experience in career coaching.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Comfortable using technology for virtual coaching sessions.
- Passion for making coaching more accessible.

Compensation and Safety
This contract role is compensated at $30–$70 per hour, depending on your coaching qualifications and experience.
