Volunteer Internship LMS Website Digital Support
Strategy&Ops Consultancy is seeking a motivated student or recent graduate to join our team as a Volunteer Intern supporting our online learning platform, website and digital systems. This internship is ideal for someone looking to gain practical experience in WordPress, Tutor LMS, website administration, enrolment systems, online course management and digital tools within a purpose-driven sustainability consulting and training organisation.
About Us
Strategy&Ops Consultancy is a Melbourne-based social enterprise focused on sustainability, climate change, ESG, ecotourism, digital transformation and online training. We work across Australia and internationally through our Sustainability Training Institute (STI) and GreenHome Impact Tracker (GHIT) platform.
Internship Details
- Volunteer Internship (Unpaid)
- 10–15 hours per week
- 3-month duration
- Flexible and remote
- Suitable for university students, WIL placements, recent graduates or those seeking portfolio-building experience
Key Responsibilities
- Upload and update online courses in Tutor LMS
- Support website updates and WordPress administration
- Assist with enrolments, certificates and user management
- Help troubleshoot LMS, website and quiz issues
- Assist with digital content, landing pages and user experience improvements
Preferred Background
- Interest in WordPress, LMS platforms, website support or digital systems
- Familiarity with Tutor LMS, plugins, Canva, Google Drive or basic website editing is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good written communication and organisation skills
- Interest in sustainability, education, social enterprise or digital transformation is a plus
