The Qadat Business Analyst Journey
The Qadat program offers a ten-month business analyst journey, immersing you in a consulting career. You will work alongside Strategy& consultants, tackling today’s most challenging strategic issues. As a Business Analyst, you'll collaborate closely with clients at their offices on projects spanning weeks to months, gaining exposure to diverse industry sectors. This role also involves working with our extensive worldwide network, enabling global strategy development with local insights.
This position is open to UAE nationals only as part of our Emiratisation program and can be based in either our Strategy& Abu Dhabi or Dubai office.
Key Responsibilities of a Business Analyst
- Gathering data through research and client interviews
- Performing qualitative and quantitative data analysis
- Developing frameworks and approaches to solving problems
- Building models and dashboards
- Gaining foundational knowledge of digital tools (Power BI, Alteryx)
- Summarizing and synthesizing findings
Candidate Qualifications
- All majors are welcome to apply
- Last year of education OR graduate with up to 1 year of experience
- Internship experience is a plus
- Demonstrated skills in leadership and communication
- International exposure (e.g., study abroad semester) and relevant certificates
- Intellectual curiosity and an interest in turning big ideas into action
- Good English proficiency and a well-structured CV
- Proficiency in Arabic
