Concrete Plant Mechanic at STRABAG

STRABAG is seeking a motivated colleague to join our Concrete Division team in Mihai Bravu, Giurgiu. This role is crucial for maintaining our concrete production facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the concrete plant in operational condition.
  • Servicing equipment and machinery.
  • Performing necessary repairs on concrete production machinery.
  • Managing consumables and spare parts.
  • Adhering to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) procedures and identifying risks in the work area.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the maintenance and repair of industrial equipment.
  • High school diploma in mechanical or electromechanical fields.
  • Welder diploma (optional).
  • Willingness to learn about the use and maintenance of production equipment.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems.
  • Initiative, commitment, and team spirit.
  • Promptness and professionalism.
  • Strong HSE culture.
  • Adaptability to new situations.
  • Valid driver's license category B.
