About the Role

The Field Marketing Manager at StorQuest Self Storage, operated by The William Warren Group, is responsible for driving store-level and RV park revenue through tailored marketing plans. The role involves working closely with regional Operations, Data Intelligence, and Asset Management teams to align local strategies with corporate branding and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and leverage field opportunities for stores/parks.
  • Develop local marketing plans for store openings and acquisitions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations and Asset Management.
  • Manage owner relationships and coordinate with vendors.
  • Provide leadership, field communications and regular reporting on marketing initiatives.
  • Facilitate brand consistency and digital media integration in marketing mix.
  • Support pre-opening, acquisition, and lease occupancy challenged facilities.
  • Maintain flexibility in duties and adapt to changing business needs.

About You

  • 3-5 years of experience in field marketing, preferably in self-storage or multi-unit operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, creative problem solving, and leadership skills.
  • Strong MS Office proficiency and ability to quickly learn new computer applications.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and team building skills.
