The Role

We currently have a part-time position available for a Storage Consultant to join our teams based in South Windsor, Marsden Park and Rouse Hill. Storage Consultants are key to supporting the day-to-day management of the store and work hand in hand with the management team to deliver exceptional store results and customer service.

Our Storage Consultants are involved with several aspects of our operation, including customer sales, service, administrative support and facility maintenance. There are opportunities for professional growth across each of these areas.

Working Hours

• Part-time
• Thursday, Friday and Saturday
• 20.5 hours per week

Our stores are open Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm and Saturday 9am - 3pm. Some flexibility will be required for this role.

What You Will Need

• Willingness to learn new skills associated with a sales and customer service role; full training is provided.
• Self-motivated and able to work using own initiative or with support and direction.
• Enjoy problem solving and taking ownership of tasks.
• Passion for delivering customer service excellence, with an above and beyond attitude and work ethic.
• Enthusiasm as a team player with a hands-on approach to a diverse range of tasks.
• Goal oriented and results driven.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Physically fit.
• Drivers license.
