About the Role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Office Administrator will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient day-to-day functioning of the office. This role involves delivering high-quality administrative support across multiple business areas. Key responsibilities for this Office Administrator position include:
- Managing diaries and efficiently scheduling meetings using tools like Calendly.
- Handling all correspondence, filing, scanning, and post duties meticulously.
- Preparing comprehensive meeting notes and organizing online meetings seamlessly.
- Liaising professionally with clients, always maintaining a polite phone manner.
- Drafting and sending various written communications as required.
- Managing internal systems and supporting documentation across four distinct business entities.
- Assisting with general office coordination to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and promptly.
About You
The ideal candidate for the Office Administrator role will possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- 2-3 years of proven experience in an office administration role, preferably within the financial sector.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, coupled with strong attention to detail.
- Must have prior working experience with Xplan or a similar financial planning software.
