Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and curious Associate Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in React, Node.js, Java, and modern build/test frameworks. You will work with senior developers to design, build, and optimize scalable web applications and backend services using Fastify, Vite, and Azure. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow in a modern, cloud-based microfrontend and microservice environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and efficient front-end components using React.js and Vite.
• Build and maintain high-performance backend APIs and microservices using Node.js and Fastify or Java Spring Boot.
• Implement unit and integration tests using Vitest, Jest, or similar frameworks to ensure code quality.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes for automated testing and deployment.
• Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security across all layers of the stack.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging sessions, and documentation efforts.

Desired Technical skills

• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
• Experience with React.js, Node.js, and frameworks like Fastify or Express.
• Experience with Java Spring Boot framework to create REST API.
• Familiarity with Vite for frontend builds and module bundling.
• Basic knowledge of Azure App Services, Azure Functions, or Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
• Hands-on experience with Git, unit testing, and debugging tools.
• Working knowledge of database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server).
• Using GitHub Copilot with one of the latest models, like Claude Opus or Sonnet, to write the code.
• Awareness of Agile methodologies and collaborative development practices.

Early Careers Requirements

• A recent graduate from an accredited university in a relevant program (Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent) with 0-2 yrs of work experience.
• Must be fully authorized to work in the country the role is based.
