Role Overview

The Senior Business Analyst | Growth | Crédito e Cartões role is responsible for managing the complete performance cycle and campaign orchestration for credit and card products. You will diagnose growth levers, manage sales and hiring funnels, coordinate omnichannel campaigns, and drive strategic decisions with high autonomy.

Main Responsibilities

  • Monitor and diagnose global product performance and seasonal results.
  • Analyze sales and hiring funnels to identify bottlenecks and propose improvements.
  • Coordinate CRM communication cycles to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Set monthly goals and evaluate channel productivity for acquisition and activation.
  • Create and manage a calendar of integrated acquisition and engagement campaigns.
  • Define segmentation and measure campaign impact on key metrics like activation, usage, revenue, and P&L.

What We Expect

You should have strong analytical skills and be able to translate complex data into clear insights. Experience as a Business Analyst in areas such as Business, Credit, Cards, CRM, Marketing, Sales, or Performance is required. Proficiency with BI tools (preferably Looker) and SQL, as well as a good understanding of funnel management and omnichannel campaigns, is essential. Effective communication and executive presentation skills are key.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in end-to-end campaign and performance management, preferably in financial services, fintechs, or credit card issuing companies. Knowledge in analytical modeling for performance optimization is a plus.

Work Schedule & Model

CLT: 8 hours daily with 1-hour lunch break; work schedule 5x2 from 09h to 18h, remote work model.
