Service Advisor at Service Advisor

Stokes Hodges Kia is seeking a Service Advisor with proven experience. The role involves greeting customers, understanding their vehicle issues, advising on necessary repairs and maintenance, and preparing repair orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and obtain vehicle information.
  • Advise customers on routine maintenance and necessary service.
  • Identify mechanical problems using visual inspections or road tests.
  • Prepare repair orders with time, cost, and labor estimates.
  • Coordinate with technicians to confirm timely repairs.
  • Communicate repair progress and any changes to customers.
  • Review and close repair orders ensuring proper documentation.
  • Handle customer complaints and maintain satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Service Advisor experience required
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with vehicle computer systems
  • Team-oriented, flexible, and customer service focused
  • Available to work Saturdays
  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
  • High School diploma or GED, or 2+ years experience

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for 8 hours
  • Work in various weather conditions
  • Ability to lift, kneel, bend, and twist
