Stokes Hodges Kia is seeking a Service Advisor with proven experience. The role involves greeting customers, understanding their vehicle issues, advising on necessary repairs and maintenance, and preparing repair orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and obtain vehicle information.
- Advise customers on routine maintenance and necessary service.
- Identify mechanical problems using visual inspections or road tests.
- Prepare repair orders with time, cost, and labor estimates.
- Coordinate with technicians to confirm timely repairs.
- Communicate repair progress and any changes to customers.
- Review and close repair orders ensuring proper documentation.
- Handle customer complaints and maintain satisfaction.

Requirements
- Service Advisor experience required
- Computer literacy and familiarity with vehicle computer systems
- Team-oriented, flexible, and customer service focused
- Available to work Saturdays
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- High School diploma or GED, or 2+ years experience
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for 8 hours
- Work in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift, kneel, bend, and twist
