The Role

The VP, Data Analytics is responsible for leading the vision, strategy, and execution of data initiatives to transform data into actionable insights that drive business growth, operational efficiency, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive data and analytics strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Data Governance & Quality: Establish frameworks ensuring accuracy, consistency, compliance, and security.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Partner with executive, product, media, and sales teams to translate data into strategic insights.
  • Business Alignment: Ensure data initiatives align with business goals, influencing growth and performance.
  • Innovation & Advanced Analytics: Leverage AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics to drive innovation.
  • Reporting & Insights: Oversee reporting tools, dashboards, and data models for actionable intelligence.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data science with at least 5 years in a leadership role. A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or related field is required, with advanced degree preferred. Proficiency in tools like SQL, Python, R, Tableau, and Power BI is essential. Experience in implementing machine learning or AI-driven solutions and building high-performing teams is necessary.
