About The Role
As the VP, HR Business Partners & Shared Services, you will lead the two most critical engines of our People function: our Business Partner (HRBP) and People Shared Services teams. This is a high-impact leadership role enabling business success and de-risking execution through a world-class People organization and processes. You will architect and operationalize the next iteration of a modern "Service Delivery Model" that clearly delineates between strategic and operational work. You will empower HRBPs to act as strategic partners to the business, while ensuring Shared Services delivers seamless, frictionless, and high-quality execution at scale.
This role also owns the vision and evolution of our HR tech ecosystem, including AI and automation strategy, ensuring our tech stack accelerates business outcomes, reduces manual work, and enables a best-in-class employee experience for our 4,000+ employees.

- Act as a trusted advisor to the CPO and executive team, turning complex business challenges into actionable organizational, talent, and operational solutions.
- Ensure HRBPs are equipped with the tools, operation model, and support they need to act as a strategic business partner.
- Mature the Shared Services model into a high-scale, data-driven, and employee-experience-oriented team.
- Ensure operational excellence across core processes.
- Design processes, workflows, and handoffs that eliminate friction and enable both teams to operate at their highest value.
- Continuously evolve the model based on business needs, scale, and feedback.
The Experience You Bring Includes:
- 12+ years of HR Leadership experience leading both HRBP organizations and People Operations/Shared Services in complex, high-stakes environments.
- A track record of leading large-scale organizational design, restructuring, or business transformation initiatives.
- Direct experience implementing HR technology stacks, with a specific focus on AI/automation use cases.
- Demonstrated success in coaching and managing seasoned HRBP Directors and operational leaders.

Compensation And Benefits
This role will receive a competitive salary, benefits, and equity. The salary for US-based employees hired into this role will be aligned with the range below, which includes our three geographic areas. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, location, and performance. This position is eligible for an annual bonus and new hire and ongoing grants of restricted stock units, depending on employee and company performance. Salary Range: $219,000—$365,000 USD
