About The Role – Coordinator, CRM

This entry-level role supports the execution of complex, client-focused CRM campaigns. Working closely with team members and Developers, you will help deliver engaging campaigns that drive business impact.

  • Support execution of CRM campaigns across Email, Push, SMS.
  • Maintain and create new campaign lifecycles.
  • Own campaign QA and daily scheduling ensuring accuracy.
  • Assist in weekly and monthly performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams.
