About The Role
The Chargeback Analyst will serve as the first point of contact for vendor-related operational questions and independently manage the Vendor Chargeback Program. Responsibilities include data gathering, scrubbing across multiple systems, invoice accuracy in coordination with Accounts Payable, and historical data management to inform trends and business decisions.
- Own chargeback program with ~$4M annual revenue.
- Collaborate with Buying, AP, and warehouses nationwide.
- Develop SOPs and optimize automated workflows.
- Manage monthly chargeback dispute process and forecasting.
- Drive process improvements and build vendor partnerships.
