Overview

Stifel Financial Corp is seeking a Client Service Associate to provide general branch support. In this role, you will support Financial Advisors with administrative duties, client account management, and operational functions.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones, file documents, and perform word processing.
  • Assist Financial Advisors with account opening and maintenance.
  • Prepare mailings and handle client calls.
  • Process operational requests such as check requests, wiring funds, and address changes.
  • Provide reports and account-related information to Financial Advisors.
  • Identify and escalate issues to the Branch Manager.
  • Perform various administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of clerical/related industry experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures, investment brokerage, and securities regulations.
  • Strong time management, critical thinking, and communication skills.
