About the Junior Epic SER Analyst Role at STI
STI is seeking a Junior Epic SER Analyst to join our team, focusing on the critical area of Epic Security and SER build and maintenance. This 100% remote position offers a Monday through Friday schedule, with occasional Saturday work required. You will play a vital role in onboarding residents and ensuring the smooth operation of Epic systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding residents, particularly during the summer period.
- Perform Security and SER build and maintenance tasks.
- Utilize various methods for configuration, including import, SER blueprint, and manual adjustments.
Required Qualifications
- Security certification with a minimum of 1-2 years of provisioning experience.
- Demonstrated experience with Epic Security and SER build and maintenance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Provider Administration Badge.
- Data Courier Mover Badge.

This is a 100% remote position.
