Job Description
Certified Epic Willow IP Analyst
STI is seeking a Certified Epic Willow IP Analyst for a remote, contract position of 6+ months. While primarily remote, occasional onsite work may be required in MAH or Charlestown, MA.
Role Responsibilities
- Support Steady State EHR application content definition, documentation, building, and maintenance.
- Create functional specification documents for EHR content and validate with business owners.
- Independently lead projects, adhering to project management strategies and meeting deadlines.
- Act as an application expert and a resource for team members and other application teams, resolving issues and identifying solutions.
- Effectively manage cross-team collaboration across all IS teams.
- Achieve and maintain required EHR application certifications and stay current with new functionalities.
- Serve as a liaison between IT, customers, and vendors.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings with operational areas using the software application, including documentation.
- Prepare and maintain documentation such as analysis, design, programming, standard procedures, and user guides.
- Perform other duties as assigned to meet departmental or customer needs.
- Provide on-call and after-hours support as required.
- Communicate effectively with teams and leadership at all levels, including C-level interactions.
