Data Architect – EPIC VBPM and Population Health
STI is seeking an experienced Data Architect with a strong background in Epic Caboodle and Population Health to join our team. This is a remote position with a duration of 7+ months, involving project travel typically once per quarter.
Population Health Qualifications
- Experience in Epic Caboodle Received Claims data model.
- Understanding of Patient Care, HEDIS, Engagement, Care Coordination, Value based care, and risk sharing models.
- Expertise in EMR data, claims data, public health databases, healthcare coding (e.g., ICT), and social determinants of health data.
- Experience or Familiarity with Arcadia analytics platform for Population Health.
- Experience or Familiarity with EPIC EMR Reporting (PowerBI).
General Qualifications
- Expert in Data Modeling, Power Query, Power Pivot, and DAX for report development.
- Experience in data cleansing and ETL toolsets (SSIS, Matillion, etc.).
- Familiarity/experience with Data Governance principles.
- Experience in efficient data model design.
- Expert in SQL database management, SSIS Package, and SQL query development.
