General Summary

The Account Services Coordinator is responsible for supporting the coordination of specified accounts with independent apparel stores, specialty stores, and major department stores. This position supports the Wholesale business.

This role is based in the NYC office and requires working on-site five days per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as liaison between account executives and boutique wholesale customers across all U.S. regions for Steve Madden Apparel & ATM Collection
  • Facilitate D2C operations for Steve Madden Apparel by fulfilling online U.S. customer orders accurately and timely
  • Utilize CRMs such as Infor M3, JOOR, and Qlik Sense to manage monthly and immediate POs strategically
  • Manage customer data by providing invoices, order tracking, and order confirmations upon request
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines with available support and resources
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned

Specific Job Skills & Essential Duties

  • Process, input, and track new POs and reorders for assigned accounts
  • Maintain accurate records of customer orders and account information including delivery dates and ATS adjustments
  • Assist with sample request, tracking, and distribution with timely feedback communication
  • Provide support in maintaining communication with customers, buyers, and accounts regarding order updates and inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with customer guidelines using available resources and effective stakeholder communication
  • Generate and send basic documents such as invoices and order confirmations
