Position Summary
At STERIS, we help our Customers create a healthier and safer world by providing innovative healthcare and life science product and service solutions around the globe. As a Finisher - 2nd shift, you will support manufacturing operations and produce quality product with efficiency and accuracy during the 3:00pm-1:30am shift from Monday to Thursday.
Duties
- Perform a variety of operations to meet specified dimensions and tolerances using part prints, process routers, and SOPs.
- Follow safety rules, maintain good housekeeping and adhere to plant policies.
- Assemble component parts into finished goods with quality and production requirements.
- Operate stationary floor mounted polishing/grinding equipment requiring extended seated position.
- Utilize basic math and read part prints or control sheets to ensure quality output.
- Work collaboratively within a team and follow procedures with close to moderate supervision.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED is required. Visual acuity and fine motor coordination are essential. Ability to move products weighing up to 50 pounds.
Compensation & Benefits
This position offers competitive hourly rates ($17.16 - $22.21 per hour), bonus participation, healthcare, vision, dental, 401K Match, quarterly bonuses, PTO, Company Holidays and a $2.00/shift differential.
