Job Description
The Director - Product Marketing is responsible for owning messaging, driving go-to-market product launches, and developing market-facing content that engages prospective buyers, supports customer growth, and enables sales conversion. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, this role involves cross-functional leadership working alongside Product, Sales, Strategy, and Customer Success teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic partnerships and articulate GTM messaging for product launches.
- Develop high-quality sales collateral and market-facing materials.
- Oversee creation of case studies, testimonials, and buyer personas.
- Mentor and develop marketing team members in product messaging.
- Manage collateral lifecycle including digital repositories like Content Library, Mindtickle & Sharepoint.
- Collaborate with internal teams to leverage product knowledge for marketing strategies.
- Assess effectiveness of marketing programs and tools such as G2.
- Develop data-driven insights to continuously refine buyer personas and marketing strategy.
Qualifications
Requires 10+ years in product marketing leadership, proven ability in messaging and collateral development, excellent communication skills, and strong cross-functional collaboration. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field is required.
