- Own the configuration of operational tools such as Zendesk, CRM, scheduling, and billing, and develop comprehensive knowledge bases to improve team functionality.
- Discover, evaluate, and implement automation solutions and tools across various workflows.
- Continuously build expertise by staying current on the AI/automation landscape, identifying relevant and beneficial technologies.
- Partner closely with technical teams to ideate, prototype, and integrate new solutions into existing platforms.
- Utilize data to drive decision-making, gain buy-in from other leaders, and make elegant and thoughtful recommendations.
- Build dashboards that track operational health and process performance to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead cross-functional problem-solving initiatives across Rev Ops, Customer Success, Service Lines, and Fulfillment, understanding their pain points and developing effective solutions.
- Clearly explain new solutions, processes, tools, and workflows in understandable language for non-technical stakeholders.
- Drive the adoption of new tools and processes throughout the organization.

- Proven track record of building processes, tools, and workflows from scratch that were adopted and delivered measurable business outcomes.
- Strong data skills, including SQL proficiency, experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau), and comfort with Python or similar programming languages.
- Technical fluency, enabling effective communication with engineers, understanding APIs, and configuring complex tools.
- A logistics mindset: the ability to instinctively identify ways to make a process faster, cheaper, or better.
- High Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and strong collaboration skills to build trust across teams and drive adoption without direct authority.
- A bias for execution, consistently shipping improvements rather than just recommendations.
