In this critical role, you will be responsible for process engineering and automation across the organization. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Operations, you will meticulously map workflows, pinpoint bottlenecks, and develop scalable solutions to enhance business efficiency. This position is ideal for someone who inherently identifies workflow improvements and understands system interconnectivity. You should be adept with current tools and capable of collaborating with technical teams to build sustainable solutions that elevate both quality and efficiency. What You Will Do Regularly
- Become the trusted expert in process and automation cross-functionally, designing scalable, efficient, and effective business processes.
- Own the configuration of operational tools like Zendesk, CRM, scheduling, and billing, while building comprehensive knowledge bases.
- Discover, evaluate, and implement automation solutions across various workflows.
- Continuously build expertise by staying current with the AI/automation landscape and identifying suitable tools.
- Partner with technical teams to ideate, prototype, and integrate new solutions into existing platforms.
- Utilize data to drive decision-making, gain buy-in from leaders, and formulate thoughtful recommendations.
- Develop dashboards to monitor operational health and process performance for strategic insights.
- Lead cross-functional problem-solving with Rev Ops, Customer Success, Service Lines, and Fulfillment, addressing pain points and building solutions.
- Clearly explain new solutions, processes, tools, and workflows to non-technical stakeholders.
- Drive adoption of new tools and processes throughout the organization.
What Makes You Successful
- 5+ years of experience in operations, process engineering, or systems roles within high-growth companies.
- Proven track record of building adopted processes, tools, and workflows from scratch that delivered measurable business outcomes.
- Strong data skills, including SQL proficiency, experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau), and comfort with Python or similar.
- Technical fluency, enabling effective communication with engineers, understanding of APIs, and configuration of complex tools.
- A logistics mindset, instinctively knowing how to make processes faster, cheaper, and better.
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) and strong collaboration skills, fostering trust and driving adoption across teams.
- A bias for execution, consistently shipping improvements rather than just recommendations.

- Experience at a fast-scaling startup.
- Background in legal tech, professional services, or marketplace operations.
- Familiarity with modern data stack (Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran).

Compensation & Benefits
