AI Intern
Stellar Senior Living is seeking a full-time summer AI Intern to join the Stellar Resource Center in Midvale, UT. This role is for a curious undergraduate to help implement practical AI tools in finance, operations, legal, and HR. You will collaborate with team members to identify areas for service enhancement and build tools that improve resident services.

What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with leaders in finance, operations, legal, and HR to identify process improvements and efficiencies.
- Undertake assigned AI projects, working with the team to build, deliver, and refine tools.
- Develop solutions using Claude, custom skills, and basic scripting in a secure environment.
- Test and iterate on developed tools with end-users to ensure functionality.
- Document and demonstrate work to ensure successful implementation and ongoing use.
Domain expertise is not required; you will learn what you need from the team.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled undergraduate student; all majors are welcome.
- Experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) for practical applications.
- Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Self-motivated with a genuine interest in the AI field.
Preference will be given to candidates demonstrating independence, critical thinking, and AI interest over extensive prior experience. Scripting experience (Python, JavaScript, VBA, Power Automate) is a plus but not required.
