About the Role
The Global Analytics & Data Products Team at Stellantis is building a best-in-class analytics team in support of Stellantis’ new Software Group. As the Staff Data Analyst Product Intelligence, you will put science into decision-making across software features as part of a cross-functional team building outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Rapid iteration on product and business model design using revolutionary analytics approaches
- Advocate for data science, product managers, designers, and engineering stakeholders to answer mission-critical questions
- Act as an analytics translator to communicate insights across disciplines
- Define global business logic for vehicle and software metrics
- Identify high potential projects in cross-functional collaboration
- Deliver high-quality analyses on user experience, engagement, retention, and monetization
- Identify telemetry requirements and work with development teams for timely implementation

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years in a client-facing analytics role
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Engineering or related field
- Expertise in SQL, Scala, Spark, Python, R and visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI, and more
- Skilled in deriving narratives from data and communicating results effectively
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree and experience partnering with Product Owners/managers
- Hands-on experience with experimental and hypothesis design including A/B testing
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficiency with SQL, R or Python for statistical modeling and algorithm writing
- Experience with notebook-based workflows and ETL job orchestration tools
- Passion for product analytics, software development, and the automotive industry
