About the Role

The ICT Business Analyst/Project Manager Systems Engineering will play a key role in transforming our System Engineering Toolchain and shaping the future of operational excellence across our global engineering ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Support and implement a next-generation System Engineering solution with technical and strategic guidance.
  • PLM Integration & Optimization: Lead the deployment of industry-standard PLM tools and ensure smooth integration.
  • Lifecycle Management: Oversee configuration and deployment based on the V model, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with global teams in development, production, and corporate functions.
  • Process Innovation & Best Practices: Define and promote best practices in system engineering to continuously improve processes.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with 5+ years of IT experience. Experience with automotive engineering toolchains, system engineering processes, and PLM integration is preferred. Proven experience in a similar role with project management expertise is required. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
