Dispatch Supervisor at Stellantis

The Dispatch Supervisor for Stellantis Transport will be responsible for managing dispatchers and truck drivers to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials in a fast-paced unionized environment. The role includes ensuring team safety, allocating manpower and equipment, collaborating with plants to prioritize deliveries, analyzing shift performance, and implementing process improvements.

This position is cross-trained for the Fleet Maintenance Supervisor role to support personal and professional development in the Stellantis Transport team environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure customer needs are met and deliveries are timely.
• Manage plant yard operations efficiently.
• Lead team morale, problem-solving activities, and employee attendance.
• Allocate the right manpower and equipment as needed.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of trucking industry management experience
• Ability to work any shift and overtime as required
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
