The Customer Service Representative, Circulation, is responsible for providing excellent service to customers and circulation carriers through both inbound and outbound telephone communications. The role requires working every weekend and select weekdays.

Work Schedule

Full time hours include Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm and Saturday and Sunday from 5:30am-1pm. Off on Monday and Tuesday.

Essential Job Functions

  • Operate PC and software (e.g., Newzware).
  • Answer and make calls courteously.
  • Adhere to Standards and Acceptance guidelines.
  • Maintain production and accuracy.
  • Assist Circulation District Managers with projects.
  • Complete recurring reports and standard communications.
  • Work well in a fast-paced environment.

Location

Susquehanna Printing is conveniently located right off the Greenfield exit on Route 30 in Central PA with easy access to shops, restaurants, and major cities like Philadelphia, Baltimore, and Washington D.C.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Clear communication and proper grammar
  • Basic typing skills
