About the Digital Advertising Sales Representative Role
Lancaster Farming is seeking a results-driven Digital Advertising Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated digital media sales professional with experience in online advertising, digital marketing strategy, and customer account management in agriculture, agribusiness, or rural-focused markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Sales Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify new advertising prospects using digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
- Client Relationship Management & Account Growth: Build and nurture client relationships through consultative strategies.
- Digital Sales Presentations & Proposal Development: Create data-driven proposals and media kits using tools like PowerPoint or Canva.
- Campaign Execution & Optimization: Launch, manage and optimize campaigns with analytics platforms.
- Revenue Generation & Upselling: Consistently meet sales quotas and identify upsell opportunities.
- Reporting, Analytics & Strategy: Deliver performance reports and adjust campaign strategies based on data.
- Digital Content Collaboration & Innovation: Work with Editorial and Marketing teams to create sponsored content opportunities.
Requirements
The ideal candidate must have proven experience in digital marketing and sales, preferably within agriculture. A strong understanding of digital advertising trends, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with CRM tools and platforms such as Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager is essential.
