Job Description
Human Resources Generalist
Stefanini Group is hiring a Human Resources Generalist in Chicago, IL. This is an onsite position located at 7300 South Kedzie Ave, Chicago IL 60629.
About the Role
This role will focus on People Experience Projects, driving initiatives to improve Time & Attendance processes, streamline I-9 processes, create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and build Time & Attendance capabilities within the site. You will also develop and standardize local processes for Leave Management, Time & Attendance, and Absenteeism Management. Collaboration with leaders and stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization is key to driving projects and focus areas.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
- Drive projects and tasks to improve Time & Attendance Processes.
- Drive projects related to streamlining and harmonizing the I-9 process.
- Create SOPs and build T&A capabilities for managers.
- Develop and standardize local processes for Leave Management, Time & Attendance, and Absenteeism Management.
- Work with leaders and stakeholders across multiple levels to drive projects.
Key Competencies
- Data and Analytics: Proficient in working with People data and metrics, deriving insights into trends and causalities to eliminate losses. High Proficiency in MS Excel is required.
- Root Cause Mindset: Ability to analyze problems to their root cause, balancing immediate fixes with developing long-term systemic solutions for recurring problems and enhancing capabilities.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to influence and engage relevant stakeholders to identify key drivers and gain enrollment in action plans.
