Job Description

M365 Engineer L3 - Stefanini EMEA

Stefanini Group is seeking an M365 Engineer to perform Level 3 technical support for Microsoft 365 Services. You will be part of a 12x5 M365 team, working in rotating 8-hour shifts.

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze M365 environments to maintain service quality.
  • Collaborate with support teams for seamless end-to-end service delivery.
  • Provide Level 3 technical support and administration for M365 Services, including Hybrid Exchange, Viva, Loop, Forms, M365 Copilot, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Azure AD/Entra ID.
  • Report operational issues, risks, and concerns to management.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting using M365 admin portals, PowerShell, and diagnostic tools.
  • Manage and troubleshoot mail flow, end-user issues, M365 Service Health, Teams policies, voice configurations, SharePoint permissions, and identity/authentication issues (MFA, Conditional Access, SSO).
  • Work with Microsoft Support on platform-related issues.
  • Ensure strict adherence to client-specific policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a continuous learning mindset and stay updated with industry best practices.
  • Contribute ideas to improve processes, tools, and team performance.
  • Share knowledge and expertise within the team.
  • Assist team members during escalations and complex issues.
  • Handle incidents, service requests, and problem records through the ticketing system in accordance with SLAs.
  • Report on task progress, operational issues, and challenges to the line manager.
  • Provide suggestions to optimize service delivery and operational processes.

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Availability to work rotational 12x5 shifts with on-call duties.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Center and related service portals.
  • Understanding of Exchange Online administration.
  • Basic administration of Microsoft Teams policies and collaboration features.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint Online/OneDrive permissions and sharing models.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) concepts (Identity management, MFA, Conditional Access).
  • Experience within ITSM frameworks (ITIL knowledge is a plus).
  • Ability to manage incidents, service requests, and escalations through a ticketing system.
  • Experience with SLAs, priorities, and escalation procedures.
  • Ability to troubleshoot M365 service issues using logs, diagnostics, and PowerShell.
  • Experience troubleshooting authentication and identity-related issues.
  • Familiarity with core technologies: Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft Teams, Windows Server & Client OS, DNS, Mobile OS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-oriented attitude with the ability to prioritize and manage tasks.
  • Insight into Stefanini's business and service delivery models is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (MS-900, AZ-900) are advantageous.
  • Experience supporting enterprise environments and remote troubleshooting is a plus.
