About the role
Refrigeration Technician (H/F)
STEF is seeking a Refrigeration Technician (H/F) for its Montsoult (95) site, a specialist in frozen food logistics. This is a permanent (CDI) position.
Your Role:
Reporting to the Site Technical Manager, your analytical skills and rigor will enable you to:
- Independently operate and manage industrial refrigeration systems (managing operating times, optimizing temperatures, energy optimization, etc.).
- Perform and optimize preventive and curative maintenance on industrial refrigeration systems using NH3 and HFC refrigerants.
- Supervise third-party interventions in partnership with the Technical Manager (monitoring DREAL audits, ICPE standards 4735 and 2921, etc.).
- Ensure the completion of administrative and regulatory operations and follow-ups.
- Respond proactively and adaptably to maintenance needs.
- Carry out corrective maintenance actions.
- Participate in construction and development projects.
- Prepare quotes.
Your Profile:
You have a diploma in industrial refrigeration management and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
You possess knowledge in electricity, automation, mechanics, and handling NH3 and HFC fluids.
You are comfortable with computer tools and have experience with CMMS (GMAO).
Your analytical abilities, initiative, and team spirit will be assets in successfully carrying out your responsibilities.
