Are you a high-performing F&I professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment? Steele Chevrolet, Steele Auto Group’s flagship location, is looking for an Automotive Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager to step into a role where opportunity is constant, deals are steady, and your earning potential is truly uncapped!

As an F&I Manager at Steele Chevrolet, you’ll be at the center of a high-performing sales operation, guiding customers through financing options, protection products, and finalizing their purchase with confidence. In a store that consistently produces, your ability to move with urgency, build trust, and maximize every deal will set you up for success.

Compensation:

100% Commission – Earning Potential of $100,000+ annually!

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • Facilitate Financing Options: Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and present tailored financing plans.
  • Credit Management: Analyze credit applications and liaise with a network of lenders to secure competitive financing solutions.
  • Sales of Add-Ons: Offer valuable products like extended warranties, insurance, and protection packages to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Transaction Completion: Oversee the preparation and execution of all financing and insurance-related paperwork with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Customer Relationships: Deliver exceptional service, fostering trust and loyalty to maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index scores.
  • Compliance: Ensure all processes adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Need

  • Proven experience in automotive finance, insurance, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • A track record of success in sales and achieving performance targets.
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to automotive financing and insurance.
