As an AI-Integrated Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will support meaningful work by:

You’ll Support Meaningful Work By

• Building scalable, intuitive applications with clean code and seamless user experiences.
• Integrating Generative and other AI technologies to automate tasks, generate content, and elevate user interactions.
• Collaborating with UI/UX designers, product managers, stakeholders, and developers to bring ideas to life.
• Staying curious and continuously learning new tools, frameworks, and best practices.
• Contributing to a supportive, inclusive, and knowledge-sharing team culture.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Proficiency with C#, Python, and preferably ASP.NET Core.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript (React preferred).
• Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Proficiency with Git or similar version control systems.
• Experience with Azure (Key Vault, Blob Storage, Functions, Foundry, Cosmos DB, OpenAI service).
• Experience with frameworks for building LLM applications and multi-agent systems (Microsoft Agent Framework, Microsoft Semantic Kernel, LangChain, AutoGen, LlamaIndex).
• Professional business English, both spoken and written.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Exposure to cloud-based AI services and how to integrate them in applications.
• Experience with Generative AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot).
• Experience with Retrieval-Augment Generation (RAG) and AI agents.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design basics and Figma.
• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Awareness of application security best practices.
