Content Engineer

Overview

Stedi is the world's only programmable healthcare clearinghouse. We combine modern API interfaces with traditional real-time and batch EDI processes to facilitate mission-critical healthcare transactions in compliance with HIPAA standards.

What We Are Looking For

We are hiring a Content Engineer to create world-class technical content for developers and technical teams in healthcare. This role is focused on producing in-depth, accurate content that explains complex systems and healthcare billing workflows.

What You Will Do

• Research: Identify topics from support requests, sales calls, demos, and industry experts.
• Create Content: Write and produce blog posts, newsletters, changelog entries, social media posts, demo videos, podcasts, video shorts, sales one-pagers, presentations, website copy and more.
• Measure Impact: Analyze content effectiveness using metrics like inbound leads and adjust strategies accordingly.

Who You Are

You are an expert technical communicator, capable of explaining complex topics without oversimplifying. You should be comfortable with writing, video content production, and handling technical subjects including REST APIs, scripting, and command line usage. Speed, precision, and a strong customer focus are essential.
