Deployment Engineer East Coast at StealthWatch
StealthWatch is proud to be partnered with an early-stage security start-up that’s transforming how security operations are run through advanced AI-driven technology. They’re on a mission to empower high-performance security teams and are building out their GTM function with key hires who can thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
This is a founding Forward Deployed Engineer position—an opportunity to work directly with enterprise or government clients, prototype solutions that shape the product, and have a tangible impact on the growth of the business.
What you’ll be doing:
- Prototyping features based on customer requirements using Python or Go
- Leveraging hands-on skills across AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, and Docker
- Collaborating closely with engineering to bring prototypes into the core product
- Communicating your work effectively with both customers and internal teams
- Embedding with strategic customers to deeply understand their technical challenges and workflows
- Some travel required to engage directly with clients
What you bring:
- Deep understanding of security operations use cases and workflows ideal
- Strong programming skills in Python (must-have), with bonus points for Go or TypeScript
- Familiarity with deploying applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure a must)
- Exceptional communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences
- 5–10 years of experience in software engineering or customer engineering roles, with strong customer-facing experience

- Hands-on exposure to AI systems, machine learning models, or agentic frameworks
- Previous experience on a security team
- Demonstrated success in agile, fast-moving environments with CI/CD
