About the Role
Join our innovative and rapidly scaling stealth startup as a Recruiter. In this role, you will own full-cycle recruiting responsibilities, partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership to attract and hire exceptional talent that will fuel our company’s success.
What You’ll Do
- Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process across departments.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
- Source, screen, and engage candidates using creative outreach methods.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
- Build relationships with active and passive candidates for future needs.
- Analyze market and compensation data to develop competitive offers.
- Contribute to employer branding and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of proven recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth settings.
- Experience recruiting for various roles in technology, business, or operations.
- Proficiency with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and build strong internal/external relationships.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Enthusiasm for connecting talent with growth opportunities.
