What You’ll Do

  • Manage candidate pipelines and ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates.

  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven recruiter experience with 3+ years in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Experience recruiting for diverse roles across technology, business, or operations.
  • Proficiency with recruiting platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and build strong internal/external relationships.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Enthusiasm for connecting talent with exciting growth opportunities.
