Overview

Join Stealth Startup as the Chief Technology Officer and lead the technical side of sales. You will participate in early-stage conversations, present demos, and guide architecture and security discussions, while acting as a hands-on engineering lead.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical discussions and demos in early-stage conversations.
  • Ship code, build integrations, and set high quality standards.
  • Build and lead a high-performing technical team in engineering, integration, and pre-sales.
  • Drive customer integrations from scoping to deployment of AI agents.
  • Gather customer feedback, localize the product, and represent regional needs to the global Product team.
  • Act as the local technical point of contact and manage escalations.

Requirements

  • 7–8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
  • Proven experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or technical implementation.
  • Customer-facing background in roles like Field CTO, Solutions Architect, or Deployed Engineer.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience (Director, VP, or Founder roles preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Ability to operate independently in a zero-to-one environment and build a team from scratch.
  • Bonus: Experience in fast-paced startup environments.
