Overview

The Chief Technology Officer role at Stealth Startup requires a dynamic leader to manage technical sales, customer integrations, and hands-on engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Lead early-stage customer sales conversations with demos and architecture discussions.
  • Act as a hands-on engineering lead by shipping code and building integrations.
  • Build and lead a high-performing technical team across engineering, integration, and pre-sales.
  • Drive customer integrations from scoping to deployment of AI agents.
  • Gather feedback, localize product features, and represent regional needs to the global Product team.
  • Serve as the local technical point of contact, handling escalations and building partnerships.

Requirements

  • 7–8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
  • Experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or technical implementation.
  • Customer-facing roles such as Field CTO, Solutions Architect, or Deployed Engineer.
  • Leadership experience (Director, VP, or Founder roles preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently in a zero-to-one environment.
  • Bonus: Experience in fast-paced startup environments.
