About the Role
Talent will join our Talent and People Operations team working directly with leadership. You will:
- Build and manage a strong talent pipeline.
- Lead internal hiring efforts including sourcing, interviewing, and posting jobs.
- Oversee outreach and screening to engage the right candidates.
- Maintain an organized talent database tracking availability and qualifications.
- Improve onboarding, retention, and engagement processes.
- Develop and refine people operations processes and policies.
- Collaborate with leadership to align hiring strategies with business objectives.
About You
You have experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or people operations. You excel in communication, execution, and attention to detail. You bring energy, drive, and a passion for self-improvement. You thrive in a fast-paced startup culture and are excited about healthcare innovation.
