About the Role: Quality Assurance Tester at Steadman Brown
Steadman Brown is partnering with a prominent UK business, relied upon by thousands daily, to enhance their Salesforce system. This involves integrating the latest Salesforce technologies, including Agentforce and Data Cloud.
We are actively seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Tester to bolster the quality and reliability of their Salesforce solutions. This pivotal role will concentrate on establishing and overseeing robust testing strategies across the platform, ensuring all releases consistently meet the highest quality standards. You will collaborate closely with developers, SCRUM Masters, and the release manager to implement test automation, meticulously manage test cycles, and drive continuous improvement within the QA function.
Key Responsibilities
- Review business and technical requirements to design comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing on Salesforce applications.
- Execute manual and automated test cases across multiple Salesforce environments.
- Document defects clearly and track them through resolution using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
Experience and Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Tester with a primary focus on the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce features, workflows, validation rules, and security model.
- Experience with test management tools such as TestRail, Zephyr, or similar.
- Solid understanding of the software testing lifecycle and various QA methodologies.
