Who You Are
If you aren’t afraid to pick up the phone, thrive on outbound hunting, and excel in a challenging, fast-paced sales environment, you might be the ideal candidate. This role is not entry-level; it is a front-line sales position for a driven individual looking to master outbound strategy, create pipeline from scratch, and eventually evolve into a quota-carrying Account Executive (AE).
What You Will Do
- Own your outbound motion by prospecting and launching custom cadences.
- Make 50+ cold calls daily to DTC operators such as heads of marketing, retention, or operations.
- Research and target top-tier Shopify brands that align with our ideal customer profile.
- Craft messaging that cuts through noise and pushes qualified meetings to AEs.
- Track all activity meticulously in Salesforce and collaborate with AEs and sales leadership.
- Test, learn, and iterate quickly within a high-velocity environment.
What You Will Bring
- 1–2+ years experience in an outbound SaaS BDR/SDR role.
- Proven ability to generate meetings and pipeline through cold outreach.
- Comfort with cold calling and handling objections.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to personalize at scale.
- A coachable, gritty, and metrics-driven attitude.
- A passion to master outbound and grow into a high-performing AE.
Nice to Haves
- Experience in the eCommerce or subscription management space.
- Familiarity with the Shopify platform.
