Responsibilities

• Analyze current IT Ops processes, interfaces, and ownership.
• Establish cross-team governance including intake, prioritisation, decision-making, and clear ownership.
• Transform unclear topics into actionable packages with scope, priority, and timeline.
• Facilitate communication and decision-making between business, management, and IT Ops teams.
• Support planning and communication, including exec updates and budget inputs, while not managing day-to-day operations.

Profile

Candidates should have several years of experience in operations, internal consulting, process management, or transformation roles in a tech environment. The ideal candidate can close ownership gaps without being overly involved in every task and is adept at structuring and simplifying complex situations. Strong communication skills and the ability to connect technical and non-technical stakeholders are required. Additional expertise in Agile/Lean, ServiceNow/ITSM, and exposure to procurement/SAP topics is a plus.
