What will you do
Be the technical partner to the sales team
- Support AEs throughout the entire sales cycle.
- Shape technical deal strategy and articulate how Qevlar fits into the customer’s SOC.
- Build strong relationships with technical evaluators and decision-makers.
Run impactful, tailored demos
- Deliver clear, story-driven demonstrations of Qevlar’s AI SOC agent.
- Adapt demos to customer environments (SIEM, XDR, EDR, identity, email, cloud).
- Highlight real investigation flows and show measurable value.
Own Proof of Value (POV) projects
- Scope, execute, and deliver POVs autonomously.
- Demonstrate quantifiable impact: MTTR reduction, accuracy uplift, analyst-hours saved, auto-closure coverage.
- Coach and empower technical champions inside customer teams.
- Ensure smooth handover from POV to production.
Understand customer architectures
- Analyse SOC tool stacks: SIEM, SOAR, XDR, EDR, identity, network, cloud.
- Map Qevlar’s capabilities and integrations to customer workflows.
- Identify technical blockers early and propose clear paths to resolution.
Solve technical challenges & build trust
- Respond confidently to questions around AI explainability, data privacy, deployment models and compliance.
- Run hands-on sessions: API integration, investigation flows, architecture deep dives.
- Own the technical narrative and drive customer confidence.
Stay close to product & the market
- Track new threats, SOC trends, and AI advancements.
- Act as the voice of the field for Product and Engineering.
- Contribute to demo assets, playbooks, integration guides, and reusable templates.
Who you are
Experience & Skills
- At least 3 years in cybersecurity, ideally inside a SOC or in presales for SIEM/XDR/SOAR
- Strong understanding of alert triage, incident response, and SOC workflows.
- Comfortable working with enterprise and MSSP environments.
- Experience with technical customer interactions (workshops, troubleshooting, POVs).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build technical champions.
