Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to support the Sales team in driving growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is a highly formative role that demands an entrepreneurial mindset and offers numerous daily challenges.

  • Utilize top-tier prospecting tools to excel in your role.
  • Handle inbound inquiries from prospects via phone, chat, email, and social media.
  • Schedule maximum appointments through outbound efforts including emailing, LinkedIn, and cold calls.
  • Qualify and prepare leads for handoff to the Sales team.
  • Report regularly using CRM (Hubspot) and collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Propose innovative lead acquisition strategies.

Profile

We require candidates with a sales-oriented degree (minimum Bac+5, business school or IAE) and at least 2 years of experience.
