Who We Are Looking For
As a Vice President leading Automation & Reporting for Corporate Audit, you will serve as a transformation catalyst for Corporate Audit, modernizing how data, automation, analytics, and AI enhance risk oversight and executive decision‑making across the department. You will shape the strategy, lead execution, and ensure that Audit teams have timely, trusted, well‑designed information that drives better outcomes. This position requires deep technical expertise, creativity, sound judgement, and strong relationship‑building skills across business and technology functions.
You will oversee automation initiatives, modern reporting pipelines, analytics engineering practices, and dashboard development. You will set standards for data quality, visualization, and workflow automation while guiding a team that delivers high‑impact analytical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
- Define and execute a multi-year transformation roadmap for automation, reporting, and analytics within Corporate Audit.
- Prioritize and manage a multi‑stream portfolio, ensuring high‑quality, timely delivery.
- Establish standards for data quality, reporting consistency and design excellence.
Automation & Workflow Transformation
- Lead the development of scalable automation solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Champion automation of data and reporting pipelines that reduce manual effort and improve reliability.
- Introduce reusable automation patterns and modern engineering practices.
- Improve data accessibility and workflow efficiency through collaboration with technology partners.
Reporting & Visualization
- Architect clear, intuitive and future-ready reporting solutions using Tableau and Power BI.
- Deliver an insight ecosystem that enables executives to make faster, data‑driven decisions.
- Partner with stakeholders to define reporting needs and translate them into actionable products, in alignment with department strategy.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Act as a strategic advisor to Audit leadership, shaping requirements and influencing decisions.
- Present insights and automation opportunities in compelling, business‑aligned narratives.
- Lead change‑management and adoption efforts for new tools and processes.
Team Leadership
- Mentor and guide a high‑performing team across analytics, reporting, and automation disciplines.
- Conduct design and code reviews to ensure consistent excellence.
- Strengthen delivery practices, including planning, documentation, QA and version control.
Experience And Education:
What qualifications and skills we value
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science/Engineering, Statistics, Financial Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related quantitative finance field.
- 15+ years of experience in an analytics role, with 5+ years of experience in leading a multi-disciplinary, innovation-driven function, driving digital adoption across stakeholder teams.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale modernization programs architecting automated, insight‑ready reporting and visualization solutions powered by robust data pipelines using SQL, Python, Databricks, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Relevant work experience at a financial services company and/or experience working in Risk/Control function is a plus.
Skills And Competencies:
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and programming is required.
- Proficiency with Databricks for large-scale data transformation, analysis, and developing production-ready workflows.
- Advanced analytics, reporting and visualization skills (solid experience with Tableau/Power BI) are required.
- Automation experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate is required.
- Exposure to Artificial Intelligence and experience building GenAI solutions, ability to evaluate and govern emerging technologies is a plus.
- Strong curious, analytical mindset, project management skills, ability to influence cross-functionally in a rapidly evolving business environment while managing multiple / concurrent projects.
- Advanced command of English; strong written and verbal communication, presentation and technical writing skills.
