Overview
The Technology Governance and Business Analysis Intern at State Street is an opportunity for individuals interested in contributing to Global Technology Services. In this full-time internship from January to June 2026, the candidate will gain hands-on experience supporting digital transformation and improving business capabilities through technology governance and business analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Break down projects into components by identifying dependencies and opportunities for optimization.
- Use data and analytical skills to conduct assessments and influence decision making.
- Communicate risks, issues, and progress using clear verbal and written methods.
- Develop and refine governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Create dashboards and reports to monitor compliance, risk, and performance metrics.
- Participate in stakeholder interviews and Agile ceremonies to gather requirements and track progress.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and data quality assessments.

Qualifications

- Nice to have: Google Project Management Certificate, Atlassian JIRA, Microsoft Power BI exposure.
